Her talents are impressive – a sense of the possibilities for space, colour and décor, furnishings and fittings. However, her greatest attribute is her warmth, approachability, respectfulness and engaging presence. These are impressive qualities as it can be daunting to reveal one’s less-than-impressive property to someone with such a perceptive eye. I particularly valued her sensitivity.

Carolann came highly recommended to us. We first met her on site of our new house and from there Carolann took charge of sourcing and selecting all the finishes for us.
She advised on selection of flooring, joinery, door handles, furniture, colourschemes and soft furnishings throughout. She also helped us with the layout and selection of kitchen furniture and bathroom fittings and fixtures. She did sketches of curtain design for our windows which helped us enormously to visualise the finished look.
